Vision

After running tens of years in many complex, sometimes smaller and sometimes bigger IT environments, VM, VSE and MVS have proved to be solid and reliable operating systems. Around the year 2000 Linux has become more popular, particulary in commercial IT systems. Nowadays an increasing number of companies implement Linux, especially in commercial IT systems. At the moment Linux is already implemented for a great number of business critical applications.

Linux adds functionality to VM, VSE and MVS systems. Linux adds features and functions who have been impossible for so many years. A combination of two different worlds can now
